Subject: Immediate Action Required – Misconduct by Security Staff at Adyar Cancer Center Dear Sir/Madam, I am registering a serious complaint against one of the security staff at Adyar Cancer Center. His behavior and choice of words towards us were extremely rude, unacceptable, and completely unprofessional. We are already undergoing immense pain and emotional stress due to the medical situation. At such a critical time, the least we expect is basic respect and humane treatment from hospital staff. Instead, the security person’s misconduct has caused us additional distress and humiliation. This kind of behavior is a disgrace to the reputation of a reputed hospital like Adyar Cancer Center. I demand that immediate and strict action be taken against the concerned security staff. If such behavior continues, we will have no option but to escalate this matter to higher authorities and also raise it through public grievance channels. I request a confirmation of action taken at the earliest.

This has been the worst management experience I've ever encountered. The hospital operates with an intense focus on money—I’ve spent nearly ₹8,00,000 here, and while the doctors claimed the treatment would be comparable to Apollo, the only similarity seems to be the bill. Choosing this hospital was a lifetime mistake. Please, I urge you: do not bring your loved ones here. There is only one ultrasound machine, and the wait time for a scan can stretch up to 7 hours. For a PET scan, I waited 8 hours, and even then, there's no fixed schedule for doctor visits. The follow-up process is chaotic—you rarely get to see the same oncologist, and continuity of care is nonexistent. It's frustrating and deeply disappointing

Seriously this institute is not meant to serve people. Worst and horrible experience u will feel if u get admitted here. 1st day of admission there will be no treatment will be done not even doctors bother to visit u. Next issue is tracing ur file will be mysterious. They don't give wat all available options u will have instead they simply tell stage 4 cannot be cured and it's a matter of days. Patients come here with so much pain but literally no place for mankind here and Attenders will go mad on there treatment and response. The treatment they give here is basic not any of the updated once. So don't think CIA is only option you get.

Please don't go to this hospital, if you can afford treatment in other good hospitals. First of all barring one or two surgeons, rest of them are incapable of doing proper surgery, especially (Pradeep surgeon) he is arrogant, and one of the worst surgeons in the hospital. Second the Nurse don't even care about the well being of the patient the simply care about bribes, even if you are paying for the treatment, and beats the patient.. As a person who lost my Aunt, through the treatment in the hospital and grieving ever since then, i hope others can read this and save their loved ones...
