Student Reviews & Testimonials
Excellent college with marvellous teaching facilities... VCC is one of the best clinic in India with best professor looking after the case ... Visit regularly for health checkup of your pet 🐶 thank you ❤️🙏🏻
Very good experience The doctor makes you feel “It’s going to be ok” Very talented doctors that per owners can rely on. Very friendly behaviour and cooperative behaviour from every staff
VERY WORST EXPERIENCE, YESTERDAY ON 22nd July I had been to famous ouat vet.clinic for better treatment of MY DOG.But I am sorry to tell you that which Dr.mean Dr MADAM JENA.DID NOT CAME TO SEE THE PATIENT.SHE WAS BUSY WITH HER MOBILE I.I HPE SHE HAS SITED THEIR TO GET HER DALARY.FOUND GOVT.HAVE NETED TO EARN MONEY.NO MEDICINES ARE AVALABLE IN HOSPITAL.YOU HAVE TO RUN MANY TIME TO PURCHES THE MEDICINES FROM OUT SIDE.ALL THE ANIMALS,BIRDS ARE TREATED BY THE STUDENTS ONLY.30 TIMES YHEY TRIED TO GET MY PET,S VAIN FOR IV FLUIDS.ONLYONE PERSON IN EMERGENCY DONE THIS THING.IN ULTRA SOUND DEPARTMENT DR. JENA IS AN EXCELLENT PERSON WITH NICE TREATMENT.I LOST MY PET AT 4 PM.
Horrible place for animals. None of the "doctors" are going to put in any efforts. They won't even touch your pet . My cat got his paw fractured and we were told to get a xray done . We paid the fees for x ray . It was 3 pm and we were told that none of the technicians are available. Then a pg / intern asked us to get it done . We went to the digital x ray room to see a group of grown men , who got scared seeing my cat. They didn't touch him or helped us to calm our billa . They said that taking an xray won't be possible without anesthesia. I have never heard of any cat that has to get anesthesia to get a xray done . It's not a lion . They asked us to keep our cat NPO ( without food n water) for 12 hours n asked to come the next day . Hesitantly we came the next day and then again saw a whole bunch of men n women roaming around in scrubs pretending to be busy n attending patients . Literally a group of 6 people "attending" one patient. They finally wrote a prescription of just one pain killer n then asked us to come the next day after keeping our cat NPO for 20 hours n this they did after contacting a senior maybe professor atleast that's what it seemed like . Mind you it was day 2 of fracture. My cat was limping n I could already see it's paw getting malformed . The next day we went to a private clinic where they were really cooperative. They gave us gloves to hold him n took the x ray. The same day , they also splint his paw . Turned out he had not one but multiple features n the poor thing was obviously in so much pain . Please please please never take your pets or even strays that you care for to this stupid hospital. They don't give a damn about your pet ' s pain. They won't do anything .Only a bunch of people wearing scrubs n doing absolutely nothing. Either they are super incompetent or they are not trained to handle any case . I fail to understand how a bunch of grown men can get scared of a cat ! Purely pathetic. What are they scared of ? Getting rabies ? I m sure all of those "doctors" are vaccinated. My cat is vaccinated too . I am a doctor and in no govt hospital, will you find doctors getting scared of patients because they are HBS/ HIV positive. Just never take your pet to this hospital specially if it's an emergency case . Absolute waste of time ,money and energy.
