Gmc patiala is one of oldest and prestigious medical college of punjab as well as north india. College is very good with experienced teachers and plenty of patients which gives a medical student good practical experience in dealing with diffrent medical conditions. Though college is good but hospital infrastructure is not upto mark and patients often complain about bad hospitality.

It's a nice place as the medical facilities and hostel facilities are best among all the govt colleges of Punjab. So those planning to take admission in the college would be actually pleased by the facility. Also the hospital attached to it has good OPD services and the staff is very supportive.
