We recently had our mother admitted to PK Das Hospital, and I want to sincerely thank and appreciate the entire team for their exceptional care and support throughout her treatment. Dr. Sudhir was truly outstanding – his professionalism, clear communication, and reassuring attitude made a big difference in our mother’s recovery. He took the time to explain the diagnosis, treatment options, and progress at every stage, and always addressed our concerns patiently. His assistants and student s were also extremely professional and attentive, providing additional support and helping maintain continuity of care throughout the treatment process. A special mention to the anesthesia doctor, who was involved during the PAC. She explained the process in detail, addressed our concerns with clarity and confidence, and ensured our mother was well-prepared and at ease before the procedure. Her calm and reassuring approach meant a lot to our family during a tense time. The nursing staff deserves heartfelt praise for their dedication and kindness. They were attentive, prompt, and genuinely caring towards our mother, ensuring she was comfortable and well looked after at all times. The insurance team was very efficient and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. They explained the formalities clearly, handled the paperwork quickly, and kept us updated without any delays or confusion. A special thanks to the insurance team, especially Anusha, for their outstanding assistance. Anusha was very approachable, patient, and efficient in handling all the paperwork and formalities. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free for us We also want to thank the front desk and reception staff – they were polite, helpful, and managed all appointment scheduling, admission, and discharge procedures professionally and with a smile. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the level of care and coordination at PK Das Hospital. We truly appreciate the commitment and compassion shown by every member of the team.
