Eligibility:

  • A candidate possessing a Post Graduate Degree (M.Sc./M.Phil) in the relevant subject with not less than 55% of marks or equivalent Grade. A relaxation of 5% of marks (from 55% to 50%) shall be allowed for SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer)/Differently abled candidates. Candidates qualified in NET/SET/GATE/UGC-JRF/CSIR-JRF examinations or holding a Teacher Fellowship are exempted from the Entrance Examination. All other eligible candidates must pass the Ph.D. Entrance Examination conducted by the University.
