- Educational Qualification: For Paper I (Classes I-V): Intermediate with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/BC/PH) AND 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) / 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) / 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education). For Paper II (Classes VI-VIII): B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/BC/PH) AND Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) / B.Ed. (Special Education) OR 4-year B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. OR B.E./B.Tech with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/BC/PH) and B.Ed.
