- Master''''s Degree in Architecture/Urban & Regional Planning/Landscape Architecture/Building Science/Conservation Architecture or equivalent, with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST/Category-I/Differently Abled candidates) from a recognized university. Candidates with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience are also eligible. All candidates must clear an Entrance Test (VTU-ET, UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, GATE, or equivalent national level examination).
