One of the best research institutes in India.Lab facilities are wonderful and world class . BS-MS dual degree, Integrated PhD (i-phd), PhD courses are available. There are mainly 6 major streams here in Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Earth Sciences, Biological Sciences, Mathematical and Statistical Sciences, and Computer sciences.

It is located in mohanpur and is very close to kalyani railway station. The campus is very large and it is very green. There are few competition held there like IISER-K cube open. This is mainly a scientific research and education centre and it holds for the 46th rank in reaserch and education.

Undoubtedly it's one of the best research institute in India. It provides great research facilities and environment which can encourage a researcher to perform great quality research.Other than that the campus life is so beautiful. It has beautiful diversity of birds and other insects which can also cheer a nature lover person.The best part of the campus is it has easy wheelchair ♿ accessible entrance in all research blocks and hostels.Overall it's a delightful experience as a researcher to me.

Such a great campus in all sense. The food is great here with a varied options available. The hostels are superb and one of the few campuses where the gender discrimination is very negligible. The staffs are great and they organise the fest in a very very cool way. I always wanted to go their every year. The campus has been developed a lot in the past few years and hope it will always remain clean.

Came here during VIJYOSHI 2019. Understood and experienced the hostel life its a great and fun experience came to know a lot . Very eager to visit again. The campus has been beautifully decorated with central funding. Great hostels. Seniors were so enthusiastic to show us the campus and the labs. One of the best institutions of India for science and research. Sharing my time in this institute.

IISER Kolkata is a residential institute located in Mohanpur, West Bengal, about an hour and a half drive from Kolkata city. The campus is spread over 500 acres of land and is surrounded by lush greenery.
