OR B.Tech/B.E. from IITs or NITs/other CFTIs with a minimum of 8.0 CGPA out of 10. OR B.Tech/B.E. from other institutions with a minimum of 8.0 CGPA out of 10 AND valid GATE score. OR M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, Renewable Energy, etc. with a minimum of 6.5 CGPA out of 10 or 60% marks AND valid GATE/NET JRF score.
