- Master’s degree in Science/Humanities/Social Sciences with minimum 6.0 CGPA/55% marks, along with a valid GATE/UGC-NET/CSIR-JRF or equivalent score. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology from IITs/IISc with minimum 8.0 CGPA.
