- Master''''s Degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized University with at least 55% marks (or 50% for SC/ST/OBC non-creamy layer/Differently-abled), OR M.Phil. Degree in Law with at least 55% marks, OR Judge of High Court with 5 years experience, or Judge of Supreme Court, OR Distinguished academician/legal professional with 10 years experience. UGC-NET/JRF/SLET/M.Phil. qualified candidates are exempted from entrance test but must appear for an interview.
Duration: Minimum 3 years, Maximum 6 years (including coursework)
Credits: 12 (for coursework) Credits
Assessment: Internal: 40% (for coursework), External: 60% (for coursework, End-Semester Examination); Thesis evaluation by external examiners and open viva-voce for Ph.D. degree.
