Extremely Unprofessional Conduct by Staff Member – Shilpa MadariI am compelled to bring to public attention the extremely unprofessional, unsafe, and irresponsible behavior of Shilpa Madari, who is currently associated with this institution. It is shocking that someone like Shilpa Madari continues to be employed here despite her repeated disregard for basic safety, professional conduct, and common sense.To begin with, Shilpa Madari rides a two-wheeler without a helmet, carrying a child in an unsafe, careless manner — as if the child were luggage. This is not just dangerous; it is illegal and reckless. If she cannot afford to ensure basic safety for a child, she should walk instead of endangering lives. This kind of behavior sets a horrible example, especially for an institution that likely claims to care about children and community standards.Beyond safety, Shilpa Madari is a poor reflection of this organization’s values. She is loud, inefficient, and lacks the basic professional courtesy expected of someone in any working environment. Her behavior is disruptive and makes it painfully obvious that she is unfit for any public-facing role. There is no sense of responsibility or competence — just noise and negligence.What’s worse, this institution itself seems to enable such incompetence. Phone calls go unanswered, concerns are ignored, and if someone like Shilpa Madari is a representative of the staff, then it says everything about the quality of this place.To the management: keeping Shilpa Madari in your team is actively damaging your reputation. If you're serious about running a trustworthy institution, then start by removing individuals like her who clearly do more harm than good.

Please don't take admission in this college. they only care about money and they don,t even give your attendance properly there will be some kind of shortage or anything at the end of the sem and even if you ask the faculty will be rude about it.you'll have to pay atleast 5k. 90% of the faculty are rude and won't help you.students won't be able to know about their attendance until month's end. there is no online facility to check attendance or anything.they are taking 10k for value added course for BCA and even in 2nd year there is no such course. this college is a scam.Please don't fall for the words of your agent or career guide or even some students who try to convince you to take addmission in this college, they are trying to make commission money, i'm talking from personal experience.

I am a ex Student of this college... All over experience in college is awesome for me... All teachers whomever I meet there they are awesome for me so helpful.. The Respected Principal Dr. Janardan shetty sir he is an awesome person I like him for so many different resons...Miss you RR Institute of Management Studies...

My college experience has been fantastic, largely due to the exceptional faculty and supportive environment. The professors are knowledgeable, approachable, and passionate about teaching. Overall, I highly recommend this college to anyone seeking a quality education and a fulfilling college experience.

College faculty are good and college fee structure is good but attendance system is not good they can improve the attendance system like online attendance so that students can get know about their daily attendance of class

Very bad .They are torturing the students.The faculties are very rude not supportive .

Spoiled my education by joining to this worst college i have too drop out my degree due to high fines and can't even join to other colleges

I'm the student of RR institute of management studies, I'm proud of my college,there is a good coaching facilities and main thing is faculty of the college are friendly manner and main thing was about the Geetha mam who was handling principles of marketing in 1st sem of bcom for us ❤️she is the best lecturer & my favourite also in this college.Thank u
