I have visited several times to this dental college and I feel meenakshi ammal dental college is better than this.. i feel the students handling the patient is completely inexperienced and taking so much time for cleaning the teath.. even the doctors have different option when we go to different departments..

Excellent patient service here. When we arrive, they will inquire about the issue and do the required diagnosis. If needed, X-rays will be taken. The fee is 50 rupees. To see a different physician, there is no cost. Then we will sent to the required department. From there, comprehensive evaluation and care will be accessible. Overall excellent service..!

I had worst experience today (15 March 2025) at SRM DENTAL HOSPITAL.I reached srm by 9 30 in OP for my crown refill and fix. They checked and asked me to go 3rd floor, then I waited for more than 1 hr after that they called then going inside doctor was saying I would have gone to 2nd floor, I was so worried because after waiting for more than 1 hr they called me in but then now doctor is saying to go 2nd floor.. Then after few minutes they discussed and checked me and told that they will take appointment only not to treat again I'm worried by this comment. Then they told they will do temporary fill now and I was waiting inside only for more than 15 minutes then that doctor was gone then I asked the doctor near by me they sent that doctor who was checking my previously, again that doctor told wait for next 20 minutes they will do refill, again you know that I'm so worried. And told I planning to check somewhere else as they are delaying only but no progress.I was there from 9 30 AM to 1 30 PM ie 4 hrs for nothing just a time waste.I know how it usually happens in dental college but there is no proper communication due to which I left the SRM campus as a patient who is unsatisfied and not treated for my issue.

My son is getting treated here and so far my experience with this institution is nice. Staffs are attentive, answers all the questions politely and in detail. The doctors are knowledgeable and explain about the care plan clearly. Another key factor that I like here is, wait time is very less. Your doctor will come and attend you on time..!!

One of the best college in India, for example hygiene, discipline, environment safety, security ,management level,there students and employees allso very polite and helpful always talking respectfully,Last year i was done from there my tooth implant , that time there was one doctor attend me, her name is dr. Radhika , really whenever i was going to there for my treatment appointment always she's behaving like a mom or real sister, such a no.1 management and ultimate and unique people's of there ,Thank you,

Excellent Infrastructure. Excellent Faculties.. Very affordable treatment costs (less than 50% of what other dental hospitals are charging)The doctors are very friendly and will let you know even the minute details of the procedure they are going to perform.I have extracted my 2 wisdom teeth for a minimal cost of 1500rs, whereas the same will cost around 10k in other places.Special thanks to Dr.Nitish and team for the utmost care.Highly recommended for all kinds of dental treatments.

A clean and healthy place for all sorts of dental treatments. The doctors explained me about the problem quite clearly and the treatment was very good. The college was well maintained with good infrastructure. friendly and comfortable atmosphere between doctor and patient. Fully satisfied with the Dental care provided by college.
