The NBU campus is breathtaking in terms of its verdant surroundings and numerous biodiversity resources. There are museums inside the campus, in addition to the university's own tea gardens meant for students studying tea science. There is also a small rivulet adding to the serene ambience of the place.

The area is huge. You should take toto or cycle to go around the campus. The roads are perfect for an evening walk with friends.
