I am very to share that, being the bsc student of this college,Yuvaraja's College is one of the four constituent Colleges of the University of Mysore. It was first established as an Intermediate College on 24 June 1928 and in the year 1947–48, after Independence, the college was upgraded to a First Grade College.In the year 1927, His Highness Sri Krishnaraja Wodeyar generously sanctioned the building for the Intermediate College. The foundation-stone for the structure was laid on 8 August 1927 by the eminent thinker and scholar Rajatantra Pravina Sir Brajendranath Seal, the then Vice-chancellor. The foundation stone was laid in the presence of a distinguished gathering which included amongst others, Sir Mirza Ismail, the then Dewan of Mysore, Pandit Motilal Nehru, father of our distinguished first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharalal Nehru and Mahamokhopadhyaya Sidhanthi Shivashankara Shastry. After the completion of the construction of the main block in 1928, a two-year Intermediate Course in Arts & Science was introduced on 24 June 1928 and thus the college began its eventful career.I am very blessed to study in this college.

I would recommend not to join this college. There are other colleges which as good reputation. The worts management After completing degree you will regret .For every thing you need to pay fees and college fees is also high which is similar to private college . It's my experience so think many time before joining the college .

Irregularity in schedules, exam dates, syllabus . Disgusting toilets. Unprofessional staff. Think twice before joining here. Absolutely zero time management.Sure this college has great history but that's not the reason to run it carelessly. Please don't fall trap for those good reviews. You'll absolutely suffer if you join here

Good Architecture Experience in Heritage City, these Buildings were built in the British Empire Ruling Period, Structural Quality is good, Engeneering is top quality. Overall Best experience while shooting for our Cinema #cinema #Film #Movie #Filmmaking

Its my favourite places, one of the best college in karnataka with all needed facilities

College is great for studies and even for fun, I'm having a emotional attachment to this college because I had so many beautiful memories..... This college has different type of course as a subject, this is the only college in Mysore where different type of combinations, Iike (Geology, biotechnology, environment science, microbiology, biotechnology, etc)
