🚨 Honest, Unfiltered Review – Don’t Waste Your 5 Years HereI’m writing this from an anonymous account, because this college has a habit of fining students for speaking the truth. If you’re even considering joining this college, please read this first. You might just save your future, money, and mental peace.⸻1. ⚠️ Management – A Complete DisasterThe worst management imaginable. The South Indian administration has a clear bias against North Indian students. You won’t be granted leaves – not even on weekends. Want to visit home? Good luck begging.Planning daily travel from NCR? This place will mentally exhaust you.⸻2. 📚 Academics – All Show, No SoulAfter increasing MBBS seats to 250, the academic quality has completely collapsed. Teachers don’t have time or care for students. You’re treated like you’re part of the crowd – just another roll number, not a future doctor. No one even tries to build a student-teacher bond. It’s all painfully formal and disconnected.⸻3. 💸 Fines Everywhere – Literal Money TrapThey fine you for everything – uniform, hair, ID card, parking. Even senior residents get fined for parking in a “wrong” spot for 5 minutes.Honestly, at this rate, they might start charging us to breathe or use the toilet. This is exploitation, not discipline.⸻4. 🏚️ Hostel – Crowded, Cramped, and OverpricedHostel = 6-sharing sardine can. Three students packed into a small room with two common washrooms and one bathroom. No AC unless you pay ₹1.25 lakh per annum, and yes, they even demanded ₹6000/year for coolers. This is supposed to be “student accommodation,” not corporate rent extortion.⸻5. 🧻 Infrastructure – Rotting Since 2008Mortuary is a relic from 2008, bathrooms are so bad you’d rather hold it in, and the buildings look like they’re one earthquake away from collapse. Forget hygiene – basic decency is missing.⸻6. 🧍‍♂️ Patient Flow – More Doctors Than PatientsThere are more doctors, interns, and students than actual patients. It’s a ghost hospital with staged activity. They even pay patients to visit just to fake occupancy and justify their “bedded capacity” on paper. It’s clinical exposure theatre, not real-world training.⸻7. 🧑‍🏫 Faculty – Petty, Overloaded, and VindictiveIn our first year, students were failed deliberately just because the faculty couldn’t handle the batch size. Instead of adapting, they chose to take it out on us. Zero support. Zero guidance. Pure arrogance.⸻8. 🚧 Safety – Even Guys Aren’t SafeThe roads here are dangerous and chaotic. A fellow student recently died in an accident while riding a Scooty on the wrong side. No safety measures, no accountability. You’re truly on your own.⸻9. 🚌 Connectivity – The Only Good ThingYes, the college is well-connected to NCR by bus. But honestly, what’s the point if everything else is a trainwreck?⸻10. 🚫 Fake Ratings and Reviews – Don’t Be FooledDo not fall for the glowing reviews. Most of them are FAKE, PAID, and written by patients or outsiders. The college literally pays people to give 5-star reviews to boost their online image. They also pay patients to come to the hospital so they can artificially show a high bed occupancy rate. It’s all smoke and mirrors.⸻11. Crowd - honestly cut off doesn’t matter coz you ain’t gonna judge others on basis of their neet examination and yes the 590 can fail professional exams and min cut off guy can top it❗ Final Verdict – Save YourselfDon’t ruin your next 5 years by falling into this trap. I don’t know which college is the best, but I know this is nowhere near what it pretends to be.Your time, money, and sanity deserve better.👍 If this review helped, please upvote it so more students can be saved from making a huge mistake.I’ve done my part. Now it’s your turn to make an informed decision

SIMS motto says Service to Mankind is Service to God yet they didn’t start treatment and let a 5 year old girl die because her poor father couldn’t pay advance. He pleaded, he will somehow arrange but these Pathetic, filthy, cruel and criminal management/owners refused. May their loved ones suffers too.
