I didn’t expect this would ever happen at Yenepoya University. I am extremely disappointed and deeply disheartened by the appalling experience I faced when I approached the staff, counselors, and management with a genuine fee-related concern. Instead of providing proper guidance and support, they behaved in an insolent, discourteous, and dismissive manner, showing an utter lack of respect and professionalism. Such contemptuous and intolerable conduct is absolutely unacceptable for an institution that claims to stand for student welfare and educational excellence. It is truly deplorable that the university tolerates this kind of ill-mannered and unprofessional behaviour from its own representatives. I strongly urge the administration to take this seriously, address this reprehensible conduct, and ensure that no other student or parent is subjected to such humiliation and disrespect in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend Yenepoya University to anyone who expects to be treated with the basic dignity and courtesy they deserve.
