Good university.... large.... spacious...but restroom was not clean

The library no doubt is one of the best in Asia and the collection is wonderful. Today I visited only the Tamil books section on the 2nd floor. The books on til literature are mind boggling and are an eye opener. The rest room hygiene needs improvement as the library has a high footfall. Great reading space. Good.

If you are studying in centre for distance education they won't allow your bike, you have to walk almost 2 km inside. No proper shuttle facility also. Think you are going to write an exam in the afternoon and have to go through the above during May month...🤐🤐🤐🤐😞😞😞

The British architecture is just amazing. Excellent facilities for sports and a great library. The compound is vast and you definitely need a map. The buildings are old but still well maintained. The roads are properly laid and no so there is no problem in transportation. The only thing is auto rickshaws not allowed inside so better bring your own vehicle else its gonna be long walk. Banks are also available inside but The state bank of India is worst and doesn't have internet banking to do Demand draft.

Very famous Institute that produced many thought leaders in Engineering, research scholars, great academicians and controlling body of all Engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu governed by Anna University. For Anna University undergraduate courses, the minimum eligibility requirement is to pass Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% for SC/ ST candidates). However, Class 12 marks is not enough to apply for Anna University UG courses such as BE/ BTech.
