DDU Gorakhpur is a place where you learn not just from textbooks, but also from life itself.

As an MBA student here, I honestly feel that this university doesn't justify the annual fee of ₹1.7 lakh. Unless you're restricted from going outside the city for higher studies, I wouldn't recommend choosing this place for an MBA. The placement opportunities are either extremely limited or involve unreliable companies. The academic environment lacks competitiveness—neither students nor faculty seem motivated to create a meaningful learning experience. In the management department, the focus is often more on cultural activities like singing and dancing rather than anything relevant to an MBA education.

Students usually get admission in the university through entrance exam conducted by the university itself. Walking distance from bus station is approximately 900 metres and from railway station is nearly 1.5 kilometres. Study environment is very good.
