It is a good college for studying and practising yoga. It is recognised by Punjab University so if you’re interested in knowing and studying yoga then you can go for it. It’s not a big college but yea, it will solve your purpose for joining the place. Good luck

Good place to learn Yoga. Beside regular courses in Yoga they provide Yoga learning facility for general public both in morning and evening

Although it shows a government college, but honestly it's quite expensive. So it's not very suitable for everyone specially for the certificate courses as they still not sure when will they start classes in covid situation .

Yoga is the necessity of time when medical system is becoming corrupt.
