The university is quite far from main Chandigarh city. You can get a cab or auto from main city to university easily. But main issue come when you want to go to the city from university.Then you will neither find cab nor auto. Also there is no mode of transport available as the college is on main highway.Campus is beautiful but there are no city buses available. Also campus is too big that you will be confused to find the right place. And there is no e Rickshaw within the university.

As a student of Chandigarh University, I feel proud that our university is ranked among the top 2 in India. It shows the hard work of our teachers and the quality of education we receive. I'm happy to be a part of such a great institution.

Absolutely amazing and modern University Campus by all measures. I came here to cheer up my niece who is an undergraduate student.The manpower deployment, resources at disposal and campus planning shows the efforts put in by the management.

The university is very amazing, the campus is large and modern with beautiful infrastructure, classrooms are also well-equipped. As a fresher, I am really happy to be the part of the university.

Chandigarh University, located on the Ludhiana–Chandigarh Highway in Gharuan, is a large and modern private campus spread across around 250 acres. It offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in engineering, management, law, design, humanities, and sciences. The campus has well-planned academic blocks, hostels, libraries, smart classrooms, auditoriums, sports grounds, and landscaped lawns, with Wi-Fi-enabled walkways and inter-campus transport facilities.The infrastructure makes a good first impression, but some students feel that classroom maintenance, Wi-Fi speed, and hostel services can be inconsistent. Hostels are secure and have biometric entry, but food quality and cleanliness vary between blocks. Academically, the university follows a flexible curriculum with global tie-ups and research-based learning. There are collaborations with international institutions and centers of excellence that add to its reputation.Placements are one of the major highlights, with reputed companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, IBM, and Wipro visiting the campus. Many students get placed with good salary packages, with some of the highest offers reaching ₹170 LPA, while the average falls between ₹6–9 LPA. Student life is vibrant, with active clubs, cultural fests like CU Fest, workshops, seminars, and events featuring popular performers.On the flip side, some students find the environment stressful due to strict attendance policies, a heavy academic load, and an administrative approach focused strongly on tuition and discipline. Despite this, Chandigarh University stands out for its strong infrastructure, wide academic options, active campus life, and good placement support, making it a good choice for students who are willing to work hard and make full use of the opportunities provided.

Evenings at Chandigarh University are vibrant and full of life, with students engaging in various activities like cultural events, sports, and club meetups. I came to the university for admission and when I reached the admission cell, it started raining. The university looked so beautiful. The misty air felt so good. I explored the university and the campus is so green. I can't wait for the classes to get started.

As a student I can clearly say that this university has such a good infrastructure with greenery in this campus. They provide us best infrastructure as compared to other universities. Recently, I also got placed in tech Mahindra company. I would like to thanks teachers who guides me for the placement.
