A block is branded as a charity hospital but only the consultation is free. All tests and medicines are the same cost as private laboratory or hospitals. The wait time for sample collection at the laboratory is very high. It took more than 1 hour just for them to take a blood sample. And they don't follow the order of the token numbers exactly. And the behaviour of many of the staff members and doctors towards people is extremely rude. You can either go to a government hospital or other private hospitals if you have the means. This hospital is not recommended.

I have visited the University recently the hostel and the campus are so so good

Chettinad Academy of Research and Education is one of the top Institutions in India. The working atmosphere, the infrastructure, management support is highly praiseworthy. The faculties, students, and staffs are provided with all kinds of facilities to perform their duties. Extreme care is taken for the patient service also and I highly recommend this hospital to everyone.

Money minded people. I admitted to my wife for delivery. It's an urgent case. I took my wife mid night 1AM,They admitted and entertained me till morning 11. They started talking business instead of treatment. Expected 15 L for delivery. As a middle class small private job employee not able to bare the amount, and finally I lost my baby because of their politics and money demanding dramas. If they started treatment immediately, my baby would be alive.

One of the best college i have ever come across situated in a greenery campus, well established infrastructure, best teachers and good instrumentation facility. Loads of inter collaborative projects. I wish you all experience personally.

Never trust this hospital.. pure negligence with handling older people.. if you are old they treat you as if your life doesn’t matter.. charges will be the opposite.. you would pay lakhs just to know that you have lost a life.. never ever go here if you want to survive. This is my personal experience. The so called ICU ward didn’t have drinking water for the patients it’s that bad.

I underwent Laparoscopy appendix surgery under Dr Kishore Babu .The treatment was good .I had pleasant recovery from the surgery .Good care .

Beautiful location,Impressive Design, and Building constructions. Good facilities , maintaining very well.Chettinad Medical college and other Institutions are very suitable to convert International standard Level.
