Very good college!! One of the oldest one and has good infrastructural facilities, easy to locate!! And again good quality education in shivamogga.

One of the best colleges in Shimoga for BSc, teaching is nice and teachers are very helpful (we as students should seek help too), decently large library with lot of weekly and monthly magazines, daily newspapers, journals aswell as all the required books related to subject. The location in itself is great too, nearby to most of the transport related spots like bus stops, a park infront and central library very close by. Has a relaxing garden like place at the back side of the building

Highly reputed College at Shimoga District from 1966.Almost all the Colleges at Shimoga, Chikmagalur and at Sirsi have their professors and Principals - who were the students at DVS earlier.Have around 8 Institutions under them. Good space for Parking + Library + Posh Labs + Canteen Facilities are available.Teaching Staff is excellent and always be remembered by their Students.

I’m still perusing Bachelor of Arts here, the main problem is teaching, effective teaching isn’t available, not here same as Sayadhri college too. College is fine, so many people are blaming but, it has little bit of economic infrastructure. Pointing out on college is too easy but college is nearby to everything, Shimoga Bustand, Railway station. Don’t blame education blame the university and yourself too for not reading properly. Not for early preparing and sluggish teaching.

If you want to enjoy your degree life please don't join this college because this college has no campus and its like school life and Mobile not allowed in the college and many more reason for conformation visit college and ask students how it is
