I would like to share my recent experience with Gautam College, Hamirpur. While the academic environment of the college is satisfactory, I was disappointed with the behavior of the clerical/administrative staff. The clerical staff appeared to be uncooperative and unprofessional at times. There were unnecessary delays in handling basic tasks, and they often responded to queries with impatience or disinterest. As a student (or visitor), it felt frustrating to deal with such an attitude, especially when you're seeking help or clarity on important matters. In any educational institution, a well-functioning and respectful administrative team is just as important as academics. I sincerely hope the college management takes this issue seriously and provides proper training or guidance to the staff to improve their professionalism and behavior.

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience with Gautam College Hamirpur. They took the full admission fees but refused to refund even a single rupee, despite their own refund policy. The staff is rude and completely lacks basic communication etiquette. When asked about the refund, they responded arrogantly and provided no proper answers. The teachers are also disrespectful while talking to students and parents. How can a college that doesn't even have an official website be trusted with a student’s future? Please think twice before taking admission here. This place feels more like a money-making scam than an actual educational institute.

Gautam college is a great college with a lot to offer its students. The campus is beautiful and the facilities are top-notch. The faculty is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they really care about their students. The workload can be a bit heavy at times, but overall it's a great place to get an education. I highly recommend Gautam college to anyone looking for a great college experience.

GC College, once known for its academic excellence, has unfortunately fallen victim to severe mismanagement and corruption. The institution, which should prioritize student education and development, instead suffers from administrative inefficiency, favoritism, and a lack of transparency.Corruption in AdministrationThere have been widespread complaints about financial irregularities, including misallocation of funds and bribery in various departments. Students often find themselves paying unnecessary fees, while faculty promotions and hiring seem to be based on personal connections rather than merit. This unethical culture discourages hardworking educators and students alike.Inefficient ManagementThe college’s management is disorganized, with delayed exam results, outdated infrastructure, and a lack of proper student support. Administrative staff are often unresponsive, making simple processes like admissions, scholarships, and certifications unnecessarily complicated. Instead of focusing on improving facilities and academic standards, leadership seems more interested in personal gains.Lack of AccountabilityDespite repeated complaints from students and faculty, there is little to no action taken against corrupt practices. Many fear retaliation for speaking out, further deepening the cycle of inefficiency and corruption.ConclusionUnless immediate reforms are implemented, GC College risks further decline. The administration must prioritize integrity, student welfare, and academic excellence over personal interests. Without these changes, students and faculty will continue to suffer under a failing system.Would you like this review to focus on any particular aspect, or should I refine it further?
