I’m quite satisfied with the infrastructure and cleanliness of the clinic — it’s modern, well-maintained, and comfortable. The treatment is also cost-effective, especially compared to other options in the area, which makes it a great choice for budget-conscious patients.However, I was informed that getting an appointment for braces typically takes around 2.5 years, which felt like a long timeline. I would have appreciated clearer communication about the time involved at the beginning. While the care and service are good overall, the delays in the treatment period may not be ideal for someone looking for quicker results.

Very poor service. The staff and doctors are not well-behaved, my friend's surgery was originally scheduled for May, but they postponed it to July. Now they are saying it might be delayed by another two months or more.
