The place lacks maintenance. It's not tidy. There aren't any washrooms for men. Due to construction work, area has lots of dust. Government isn't providing sufficient funds to maintain the labs especially. The condition of labs are pathetic. Age-old instrument and infrastructure. Needs lots of rectification.
