I don't know about the college but based on my encounter with that ill-manered,rude, educated fool,and not student friendly principal R. Shiveshi, I can tell you that here your voice shall not be heard by anyone. I don't know why government colleges make such rascals as their principal while there are so many other capable and student friendly lecturers are there in our society.
