This college is located in SST Nagar, at walking distance from the main road. Sufficient space for parking. Hostel facility for girls. There is a Verka booth in the college. There is a place of worship for Muslims in a corner.

This college which was earlier Girls college only has become co-ed college now and offers admission to boys also. The college is best college in region for diploma course and offers diploma in CSE (Computer Science and Engineering), AA (Architecture Assistantship), IT (Information Technology), ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering) , MOP (Modern Office Practice), D. Pharm (D. Pharmacy), MLT (Medical Lab Technology).The location of college is prime location. It has sprawling Campus with large playgrounds for volleyball, kabaddi, kho-kho, Cricket, Badminton, Basketball, Athletics alongwith very good hostel facility.

My sincere suggestion to the Director of this College is that , in your forms only punjabi is written it should also be written in English as well as in Hindi . Reason is that many students find it difficult to fill the forms in Punjabi Language. Thank you!

Govt Polytechnic college was listed wrong on Railway Station Power House, Patiala. I have requested edit on Google maps and updated the location map also. Please beware before typing location correctly as it takes you currently to Railway Station. After the update is done by Google it will be rectified. We missed our exam due to this wrong location. Google team please update the location as suggested. Thanks!

Nice place for girls to study in budget plus stay in there campus hostel . principal is nice an efficient . in sports also this college is good .
