In conceiving the future course of the University, the objectives enshrined in the Guru Nanak Dev University Act 1969, emphasised that the new University would make provision for imparting education and promoting research in the humanities, learned professions, sciences, especially of applied nature and technology

Situated away from city on old GT road to Wagah border from Amritsar. Bir campus and green campus. Just next to Historical building of Khalsa college. Nothing of much interest for normal traveller, yes of course learning experience for prospective student.

Very happy to have chosen this university. They have adapted to the pandemic well. Feel like I have learnt a lot from my education here and I have not only learnt about my subject but also other usefull skills.Some friends are not Really friends, they are Like FAMILY.Friendship isn’t about who you’ve known the longest. It’s about who walked into your life and said “I’m here for you” and proved it.
