As a former MBA student at IIM Visakhapatnam, I found the institute's placement statistics misleading, as not all classmates secured jobs despite their claims of 100% placement. This contradicts the expectation I had when investing my parents' savings and taking out a ₹20 lakh loan. I am currently unemployed with a heavy debt.I believe many IIMV professors prioritize profitable certificate and executive programs over quality MBA education, and I suggest Central Government intervention similar to restrictions on government doctors' private practices. Prof earn more from certificate programs than the actual professorship at institute, making them focus more on certificate programs than the actual MBA program, which I got enrolled in. While Mba students are left in debt because of lack of placements.On academic front, Prof. Anupama Sharma (OBHR) faculty member. Her teaching, I felt was not so good, leading to less engagement of students in class. She was too critical of our work and submissions, which negatively impacted me.

The main Campus is surounded by hills and designed in a circle. The Morning and evening are beautiful and scenic here. 2 small peaks at the west side add drama in landscapes

The institute is having good infrastructure and library and incubation centre and good playgrounds for cricket and football and having hostel facility and bus facility and having good canteen

Beautiful campus. Partially constructed. Architecture is also very beautiful. Though little away from the main city, but it's amidst the nature, perfect ambience.

IIM Visakhapatnam is a prestigious educational institute in India. Presently it is setup temporarily in Andhra University main campus.

Very peaceful, covered with full Greenery ,large parking area , playground etc ...
