It used to be in Main Patna Town in a crowded area but now it located to Bihta, Patna (which is like a small village) The new campus is awesome, calm and contains eye pleasing greeneries with all type of facilities.Students, visitors can eat or grab a quick bite here as there are 3 outlets for it.Like any other IITs it is also equipped with labs, libraries and other essential things for students. Few buildings are being built for students (perhaps these are for virtual classes).It feels nice seeing young students living their life here, on bicycles, in canteen. I think they are in good hands.

What a great experience i have in my first year at iit patna as a Msc physics student. I really appreciate the campus , though it is second gen iit but you would found no less facility then well established iit. Words are few . Faculty is way good and they are ready to accept your mistake and push you forward

The campus is vast and easy to navigate, perfect for exploring. The night life scene is buzzing with energy, and grabbing a coffee at Nescafe is always a highlight. Bonus points for the occasional Neelgai sighting, adding a touch of nature to the experience.

Visiting IIT is always a privilege, thrilling experience.. Infrawise, it's a developing institute. Amazed to see usage of pedals in the campus in a world of motors.
