Good IIT, Big campus, lush greenery but it needs to improve on other aspects.

No words can express the beauty of IIT Roorkee. Spread in 350 acres, one of the oldest Institute of the country. The air is different, each breathe gave me motivation, feels are historical. Very quite, clean and green campus. The mango orchards, the activity centre and all the bhawan eateries point. The night strolls in the campus was the best time. They have different guesthouses, We were staying in Khosla International guest house and must say it was well maintained, clean and hygienic with all the facilities intact. Very good food. It was my dream come true to be a part of IIT Roorkee.

Infrastructure of the University is awesome it looks like royal place .There are green lush campus and all sports facilities, this campus is a dreamland in itself. Coming to the placement, an IIT off course is known for its top notch placements, however, if low on grades one can end up at the other side of the barn. Industrial exposure is satisfactory one can say, as it has almost all facilities and instruments for each and every field of technology. The thing to notice though is, updating these techniques is still a problem and machinery mostly is worn out.

Apart from quality education. It has Nice Sports facility in the campus for Cricket, Volleyball, Basketball, Lawn Tennis, Indoor Stadium for Squash and Badminton. Swimming Pool facility is here. It is a nice campus with a lot of greenary. A lot of fruits are found in the campus like Mangos, Guavas, Jack fruit, Peach, Berries.

Good campus and academic management..Here, most of the B. Tech students are coming for enjoyment only not for study..They feel that they cracked JEE exam means they are king..😀 but they are wasting their mind power.. unfortunately..good luck for new comers..
