I have been working as an Assistant Professor in MCA Department at IET Bhaddal Technical Campus, Ropar for the past two years, and my experience here has been very positive and fulfilling.One of the standout features of the campus is its beautiful green environment and well-maintained infrastructure. The campus is spacious, peaceful, and conducive to both teaching and learning. It's a great place for students and staff who appreciate a calm and nature-rich setting.The staff and faculty members are cooperative, polite, and supportive. The work culture is healthy, and I’ve always felt welcomed and respected by my colleagues and the administration.IET Bhaddal also takes good care of its staff. I was provided with free accommodation in the staff quarters, which made it very convenient and comfortable for me to settle in. The hostel food is of good quality, with proper hygiene and cleanliness always maintained—something that speaks volumes about the college's concern for health and well-being.Another positive aspect is the timely salary payments, which adds to the overall sense of security and satisfaction as an employee.Overall, IET Bhaddal Technical Campus is not just a good institution for students but also a great place to work. I feel proud to be associated with it.

Me giving 3 stars coz it's good like food is good , and campus idk coz I am a newbie the things is the hostels , they should like make the bathroom clean lile first of all we have to wash cloths with hand then there is dirty bathroom like to wash with hands we need to put them on floor , How we gonna wash if the floor gonna be dirty 🤧 i request the adminstration to look over this matter make hostels good and place tiles in bathroom make them lil bit clean and make repair window, and provide cooler for students till October , just the issue is hostel till now , and yup if it will be like this then next year I am gonna fill another exam and go there

The campus is well-maintained, clean, and provides a conducive learning environment.There are ample opportunities for students to participate in extracurricular activities and events.
