**Worst Lab Testing Experience Ever**I rarely leave reviews, but this was truly one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with any medical service. First off, the staff at the front desk were rude and completely disorganized. I had an appointment booked days in advance, yet I still waited over an hour while walk-ins were being taken before me. No explanation, no apology.When I was finally called in, the technician barely spoke to me and seemed unsure about what tests were even supposed to be done.Communication was terrible. Every time I called for an update, I was either put on hold forever or told someone would call me back (spoiler: no one ever did). If you're looking for reliability, professionalism, or even basic human decency—look elsewhere. This place is hell

Worst Testing Facility Experience – Would Not RecommendThis facility is a complete disappointment. From unprofessional staff to unreliable results, every part of the experience was frustrating and unacceptable. The turnaround time promised was completely ignored, with results delayed by several days without explanation or apology.Worse still, the reporting lacked clarity, with key parameters either missing or presented inaccurately. When I asked for clarification, the response was vague and dismissive. It’s hard to trust any data from a place that shows such little regard for accuracy or accountability.If you’re looking for reliable, timely, and credible testing, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

The instrumentation team at SICART is highly skilled. I’ve personally handled samples for XRD and WD-XRF testing, and the staff was supportive with method selection and prep. Reports were detailed and professionally presented.

this institute is an absolute disaster and by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. It’s filthy, poorly maintained, and completely neglected despite countless complaints. The equipment is either broken or outdated, making it practically unusable. The environment is not just uncomfortable, it’s borderline unsafe. It feels like no effort has been made to improve it for years. This facility is a glaring embarrassment to the institute and clearly reflects a total lack of responsibility and concern for students’ well-being.

The staff was professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The facility was clean and well-organized, with minimal wait times.
