I have great memories from Janta Vidya Inter College (as an intermediate student) and Janta College Bakewar (where I pursued my Bachelor's in Biotechnology). These institutions laid the foundation for my journey from a village boy to a scientist. I always count them among the best colleges in the region. At a time when cheating was common in the examination system, these were the colleges where honesty and discipline made cheating impossible.I had the chance to visit the college gates during the COVID pandemic (March 23, 2020) when I was in India. Of course, I don’t have pictures from my student days, as camera phones were not common in that era—but the memories are vivid and unforgettable.

College is situated near to highway and well connected with roads leading to highway. It has separate Girls and Boys hostel and living quarters too. Laboratory facilities are at par with other regional educational institutions. Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam has once visited the college. The college has a museum inside the campus and huge ground. Facilities are clean and classroom are spacious. Infrastructure is good and teachers are very able and learned. The college has an on-campus dairy too. Amazing experience visiting the college.Pros - Fresh air, good education. Situated reachable distance between Kanpur and Etawah City.Cons - Located slightly far from main city.
