Terrible experience here. Very frustrating.They called us for OT assessment on Friday but they couldn’t do it because they had to go for lunch and had no time. So we were asked to come on Wednesday. That’s today and when we reach the spot, we are told that no therapists available as they’re conducting Autism Awareness day which is good but they should have called and informed us that they can’t do assessments today. Highly unprofessional conduct which I didn’t expect from JSS.
