just named the top facility of lucknow but it's not renowned of its name. The neurology department is the worst one, the patients are waiting with their full patience but the doctor there is very impatient and rude. I've never seen such a rude doctor who don't even speak properly to the patients, that doctor doesn't even tell about the tests properly and was telling the procedure in the rudest and baddest way possible. Kindly try to speak properly, you're named a doctor so just behave like one

KGMU is a state government medical college, hospital, and medical university located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It is one of the renowned medical institutes in Northern India.It was established in 1905 and is one of the oldest medical college in UP and India. It is among the ‘best’ medical college in U.P. and ranks 11th in India as per the NIRF Ranking 2022. It consists of two faculties, namely, Faculty of Medical Sciences and Faculty of Dental Sciences. It also consists of two institutes, namely, Institute of Paramedical sciences and Institute of Nursing. Different UG, PG, Diploma, and Certificate academic courses is offered by the university. Research program is also offered. Patient inflow is very high and medical facilities are excellent. Treatment is also pocket friendly. It is also approved by UGC, MCI, DCI, INC, and UP State Medical Faculty. It is also accredited with NAAC Grade A. It is situated about 5 km from Charbagh Railway Station and is well connected to all parts of the city by public transport systems like bus, tempo, and taxi. The university has separate buildings for Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Cardiology, Neurology, Psychiatry, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, Rheumatology, Geriatric Mental Health, Surgical Oncology, Chest Medicine, Pathology, Pharmacology, Anesthesiology, Ophthalmology, Urology, and Community Medicine.

King George Medical College is undoubtedly one of the best and oldest medical institutions in Uttar Pradesh. The campus is clean and green, offering a serene environment. The cases here are often handled by experienced professors, ensuring top-notch medical care. Students also gain practical knowledge that surpasses bookish learning, making it an excellent place for medical education.However, the system can be confusing for patients due to the numerous departments. Many people, especially those less familiar with online systems, struggle to book appointments through ors.gov.in. While the doctors are skilled and approachable, the supporting staff can sometimes be uncooperative and irritable, which dampens the overall experience.On the downside, the condition of the trauma center and hospital facilities leaves much to be desired. Many staff members seem indifferent to their responsibilities, treating their government jobs as mere tasks rather than a public service. While a few doctors and staff members are commendable, the overall functioning of the health system here is far from ideal and needs significant improvement.
