I've never thought I will be seeing such a dirty and filthy Hostel in Mizoram like NIELIT.The mattress seems like it has been used for probably 10+years. On top of it,bed bugs infestation is a huge problem. The teaching might be one of the best,but the infrastructure and hygiene regarding the premises and specially Hostel rooms is clearly not the best,in fact,its the worst in Mizoram.
