(2021-25 Mechanical B.E) - The college is good with the best faculties, a good syllabus, and facilities provided. All required skills were taught, but in a very short period, which is the only downside. We didn't get to enjoy too many fests and events. Also not so good campus and chairs.Academically, it's good, but the lab cleaning and management, especially during exams, were always poor.Placement isn't so great either. However, the faculty, academics, and skill development are top-notch.And ಮೈಸೂರು ಅದ್ಭುತ ವಾತಾವರಣ 🤍

Communication between the departments and sdsc is poor, as the circulars and deadlines for college activities are not shared with students properly.Secondly there is no clarity of information circulated regarding registrations, exam registrations etc, between Coe and departments which effects the students in academics.

Caution to parents:Manoj B J, a 6th-semester civil engineering student at NIE College, Mysore, tragically took his own life on 3.3.2024. The negligence of the college management and lecturers, who failed to inform his parents of his absence for six months, is appalling. This incident raises serious doubts about the college's administration and teaching staff. Can parents trust this institution with their children's education, especially those from rural or remote areas?Proceed with caution when considering enrollment at NIE College. It's evident that the safety and well-being of students are not a priority here. While this college may have once provided quality engineering education, it no longer upholds those standards. Parents, the future of your children is in your hands; do not be deceived by false promises. Stay vigilant and be warned before enrolling at NIE college Mysore!-Jagdish and family members

This is one of the reputed private engineering colleges in Karnataka. This college offers bachelor and master degrees in various engineering disciplines. Infrastructure is nice, especially of EEE and ECE departments, because they are newly built. There is a separate departmental buildings for each branch.Various technical and non-technical clubs operate in this college. The college gives great support to its students for innovative projects. Sports activities are highly encouraged here.Placements are fantastic in this college. Many good companies come here for recruitment.

One of the top colleges. Excellent staff. Did my MTech there. Lucky to have had Dr Phaneendra as our mentor. Too good library. Nice campus. Administrative staff and exam section are too rude.
