I recently completed my graduation from this college, and my 3 years here were a mix of experiences. While a few teachers were supportive and dedicated, the overall environment was disappointing. Most of teachers and staff members displayed unprofessional and rude behavior, with a disrespectful way of talking to students. Unfortunately, this created an unwelcoming atmosphere where students felt undervalued.The college showed very little focus on student development or improving facilities. During my time, a new principal joined who genuinely cared about students and was determined to bring positive changes. She even discovered some internal issues and secrets about the college and wanted to address them openly for the betterment of the callege. However, instead of being supported in her efforts, she faced resistance and a lack of cooperation, which ultimately forced her to resign and move on to another callege.This experience made me question why colleges in other countries are so much better. They prioritize transparency, professionalism, and the overall growth of students, which are the key elements missing in this callege.I sincerely hope the college administration reflects on these shortcomings and works towards creating a transparent, student-friendly, and respectful environment. While I appreciate the efforts of a few dedicated teachers, I wish the institution had a stronger commitment to professionalism, student welfare, and growth.
