Worst experience, goes through multiple layers to reach doctor, you have to make line for new registration than make line again for room number ( parchi par number dalwane ky liye) then make line again for doctor consultant, if you came here 8 am you will. Leave 4 PM and need to come again tomorrow. Give feedback to government through this QR code

The hospital is good but overcrowded. Many facilities are available here like x-ray, ultrasound etc... The OPD card line needs proper management. There needs to be a better cleaning here . Doctors are good and friendly behaviour but sometimes they don't listen to the patient's problems properly (mostly in OPD).

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the unprofessional and insensitive behavior exhibited by a doctor during a recent consultation involving a student girl who was suffering from issues related to her menstruation cycle.Instead of showing empathy and providing the necessary support, the doctor behaved in an extremely rude and dismissive manner. This lack of professionalism, especially in such a sensitive and personal health matter, was deeply disturbing. The student was already in physical discomfort and emotional distress, and the doctor's attitude only worsened her experience.Healthcare professionals are expected to maintain compassion, confidentiality, and respect toward patients, particularly when dealing with young individuals and intimate health concerns. Unfortunately, this standard was not met during the interaction in question.I urge the concerned authorities to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action. Such behavior should not be tolerated, and steps must be taken to ensure that patients, especially young girls, are treated with the dignity and care they deserve.Thank you for your attention to this serious issue.

Being a government hospital it provides almost free of cost services. OPD fee is ₹5 per month. Medicines are also free. This hospital is very crowded from morning to evening. To get timely treatment here, patients had to come here in OPD line at 8 AM. It seems to me that more attention should be paid to cleanliness here.
