I recently visited the University of Kerala to collect my provisional and consolidated certificates for the five-year integrated MBA program. The campus has beautiful, traditional architecture and lush greenery that creates a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. However, navigating through the process was a bit challenging as some of the procedures were confusing, and a few staff members were not as cooperative as I had hoped. While the surroundings were impressive, a bit more guidance and support from the staff would have made the experience smoother. Overall, a mixed experience beautiful campus but some room for improvement in service.

It was the first university in Kerala, and among the first in the country. It is accredited by NAAC with highest grade of 'A++' and scored 3.67 points out of 4The worst thing is they don't pick the calls.

For our various requirements especially remittance for obtaining certificate, the process is so easy as at the help desk the staff guides you properly , The fee counter which accepts cash and card . They have a very big hall for various counters and done a good job of arranging chairs and writing desks . The Xerox counter is next to it , Drinking water is also there , washroom facilities, bank ATM, feeding room , and for the elderly and disabled, ramp is there and is wheel chair friendly . Parking space is plenty. Elevator is also available .

Honestly, if you're going for the first time, it feels very confusing and complex. Different works are done in different buildings — like, fees payment is in one place, application submission in another. No proper direction boards also.So many blocks and offices... we get fed up running here and there. 😓 Staff behaviour is okay, but the system feels old-style and not student-friendly.If you're not familiar with the place, better to ask someone in advance or go with someone who knows.

University of Kerala, a vast and impressive historical place with numerous buildings and departments. My purpose was to pay my condonation fee for college, which was a smooth process despite the initial wait. The fee payment section is conveniently located opposite the help desk room where all types of fee payments are handled. So i didn't need to enter in the main building, you need a pass to enter in there. The process involves filling out a chellan form and then making the payment. Once done, they call out your name to collect the receipt. There are four counters in total, with two dedicated to card payments and two for cash transactions. The wait wasn't too long, and the staff were efficient and helpful. What struck me most was the stunning architecture of the building, both inside and out. The university's history dates back to the royal period of Swathi Thirunal Maharajavu, and the building's design reflects its rich heritage.Overall, I was impressed with the university's infrastructure, organization, and staff. Paying my condonation fee was a breeze, and I appreciate the convenient facilities available.

Famed name and a good university. Pride of Kerala, situated in the heart of the city. But most of the staff in the University has no work knowledge and so they will make you run a minimum of 5 times for a document submission or to receive it. The university campus is very good, greenery all around with the flowers and plants maintained well. The lawn grass is cut maintaining an uniformity. Overall everything is good. But what to say the staff does not have work knowledge, got very bad attitude, never in their desks, arrogant to the visitors and have no mercy to the visitors who visit the University for paper work or request for certificates, transcript, exam related information, documentation etc etc, name it and you are entering hell
