Eligibility:

  • A candidate shall be eligible for admission to the B.Ed. degree course if he/she has undergone 10+2+3 (UG Degree) or 10+2+4 (PG Degree) or 11+1+3 (UG Degree) or 11+1+4 (PG Degree) pattern of study and passed the Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree (with 50% marks in UG or PG for General Candidates and 45% marks for SC/ST Candidates of Tamil Nadu) awarded by the UGC recognized Universities in subjects like Tamil, English, Mathematics, Physical Science, Biological Science, History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, Commerce, Computer Science, etc. Candidates with Engineering or Technology degree with specialization in Science and Mathematics require 55% marks.
