Ap Eapcet Exam Day Guidelines
- To enter the AP EAPCET 2024 exam hall, you must carry specific documents for identity verification and authorization. Adherence to this requirement is strictly enforced, and candidates failing to present the mandatory items will be denied entry, regardless of their application status. Preparing these documents well in advance is crucial for a smooth entry process on the examination day. The foremost document required is your printed admit card for AP EAPCET 2024. While a black and white printout may be accepted, carrying a clear, preferably colored, print of your admit card is highly recommended to ensure the clarity of your photograph and other details. Alongside the admit card, you must present a valid original photo identification proof. Acceptable forms of ID include your Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Driving License, or any other government-issued photo ID. The name on your photo ID must exactly match the name on your admit card. Furthermore, candidates are required to bring one or two recent passport-size photographs. These photographs should ideally be the same as the one uploaded during the online application process and may be required for affixing on the attendance sheet. For candidates who have applied under the Persons with Disability (PwD) category, it is compulsory to carry their original PwD certificate issued by the competent authority. Crucially, digital copies of any required document, including the admit card or ID, will not be accepted under any circumstances. Similarly, expired identification documents will not be considered valid for entry. Missing any of these may result in denied entry, so double-check your exam kit in advance.
- Carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo ID.
- Bring one recent passport-size photograph identical to the uploaded one.
- If applicable, carry original PwD certificate issued by competent authority.
