I visited MG University, Kottayam, to collect my certificate. The campus is calm and well-maintained, surrounded by greenery. The certificate section was a bit crowded, but the staff were helpful in guiding through the process. It did take some time, so patience is definitely needed. Proper documents and ID proof were checked, and once everything was verified, the process went smoothly. There's a waiting area, but it could be better managed. Overall, it was a decent experience — just make sure to go early to avoid long queues.

I have only visited mg university once I studied under this university. So for my certificate clarifications when i went there i had a good experience. I reached there at 10:00AM and the office opened at the correct time at 10:30. The staff and especially the guards were very helpful and friendly.. Overall the university had an eco-friendly atmosphere with a lot of trees and forests.

Public university in Kerala which offers various streams. Some notable alumini's are from MG University. Located at Athirampuzha in Kottayam. Good campus. Undergraduate and postgraduate courses and also have distant education as well. The telephone numbers provided in Google or other sites are most probably not working or disconnected or they may not answer the calls. This must be taken into consideration as areas of affiliated colleges for MG University is spread to the nearby districts as well which will be very helpful to the students. The help desk phone number is just for a name sake. Some staffs really need to honoured for their support and guidance they provide to students and others seeking them. They will clearly guide is to the concerned department or do the needful for the same. The way they behave itself should be appreciated, where some are very irresponsible, not cooperating and some are very harsh in the way they talk to people like they are doing something strange. And some don't like asking questions to them regarding the doubts we have. So many students face issues in recieving their certificates properly on time which will affect their future studies and other endeavours. Even if the payment is done for 'Fastrack'. If the things are done in good and excellent way this will be the one of the best University in Kerala. Coordination between departments can have smooth handling. If we want to get things done easier party or recommendations will be best and can get things done within a day.
