I had an accident at 15 Dec 2025 I crossed 3 hospitals no one admit me, because everyone said that it's not accident, if we admit we will face police case. 4th hospital in mahatma gandi, they allowed me and admit emergency ward but when Sunday so surgeon not available at the hospital, I think she leave on that day (KARTHIGA and YEBEN) came there for me, when my face was fully damaged. she cleaned and put some stitches in my face . Once operation done after some days she called me and asked that how are you? when I was very glad as a patient, And she said that you can call me at ANYTIME for emergency. This hospital is not for the people who are all poor n average people ..it's convenient for top those who have huge money.. while coming to treatment it is good n fair enough but here they are taking huge time for their treatment n discharge process ..pharmacy billing worst service ever the staffs are not efficient up to the level n not willing to give remaining change like rs 1, 2, 5 or below 10.. they 'll write the balance money in the prescription bill.. afterwards we have to go n collect from pharmacy and most of the patients are not collecting their balance money. Good thing is maintainance and infrastructure are excellent. The food quality in both the canteen are good enough with reasonable price.

The doctors here seem to be living in some other world, because all I’ve seen so far are just interns and trainees handling the treatment. And don’t even get me started on the staff — they are unbelievably careless. I have never seen such negligence before. I feel like they aren’t even treating me properly because I kept explaining my problems, and they kept ignoring them. As for the facilities — there’s nothing to talk about. Even basic things like toilets are not in proper condition. Either there are no western toilets, and if there are, there’s no jet spray. And if both are available, then there won’t be a door on the toilet! Forget about hygiene completely. In the labor ward, the women are in so much pain, and yet there’s no ventilation at all — no fan, no AC. And the so-called “special super deluxe room” is nothing but a dirty little room with lizards, where we had to manually open the AC wings by hand — forget about any cooling effect. This has been the worst experience of my life. So, I strongly recommend to anyone reading this review: please do not ever visit this hospital.
