Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU) is the only CUET accepting college in Kanpur. It is a government university offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Admission is based on CUET scores for UG courses and merit for PG courses.

CSJMU has no tuition fees for UG courses, but charges apply for PG programs. The university accepts CUET scores for undergraduate admissions. JEE Main is not mandatory for UG courses but may be considered for specific programs.
